📋 Description

• Build & Lead: Establish the NA Product Advisory vision and hire a team.
• Federal Banking Strategy: Advise U.S./Canada roadmap, ensure lawful launches.
• Compliance by Design: Architect features meeting UDAP, Reg B, Reg CC.
• Supervisory Liaison: Manage Product pillar in regulatory exams; clear docs.
• Strategic Horizon Scanning: Monitor Dodd-Frank, OCC guidance, AI/crypto.
• Advisory & Governance: Brief executives on regulatory implications of new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in regulatory legal, federal banking compliance, or product advisory.
• Strategic Problem Solver: apply first-principles to regulation.
• Collaborative Leader: influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communication: translate legal jargon into actionable requirements.
• Technical Expertise: knowledge of U.S. federal banking laws and OCC.
• Mindset: comfortable with speed and building new advisory function.
