Team Lead, Regulatory Product Advisory - North America

📋 Description

• Establish the NA Product Advisory vision; hire and mentor the team.
• Advise US/Canada product roadmap; ensure launches meet banking laws.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to architect features meeting UDAP, Reg B, Reg CC.
• Coordinate with Regulatory to manage the 'Product' pillar of regulatory examinations; document.
• Monitor regulatory shifts incl. Dodd-Frank, OCC guidance, AI/crypto/open banking.
• Provide exec-level briefings on regulatory implications of new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in regulatory law, federal banking compliance, or product advisory.
• Strategic problem solver; apply first principles to regulation.
• Collaborative leader; influence cross-functional teams from engineers to execs.
• Clear communicator; translate legal jargon into actionable requirements.
• Technical expertise in U.S. federal banking laws and OCC framework.
• Adyen mindset: speed over bureaucracy; build new advisory function.
