📋 Description

• Build & Lead: Define NA Product Advisory vision; hire and mentor team.
• Federal Banking Strategy: Advise US/Canada roadmap; ensure launches comply with laws.
• Compliance by Design: Architect features meeting UDAP, Reg B, Reg CC.
• Supervisory Liaison: Coordinate with Regulatory team; document processes.
• Strategic Horizon Scanning: Monitor Dodd-Frank, OCC shifts; AI/crypto/open banking.
• Advisory & Governance: Brief execs on regulatory implications of new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in regulatory, banking compliance, or product advisory.
• Strategic Problem Solver: Apply first-principles to regulation.
• Collaborative Leader: Influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communication: Translate legal/compliance jargon into actionable requirements.
• Technical Expertise: US federal banking laws and OCC framework.
• Mindset: Comfortable with Adyen Formula; speed over bureaucracy.
