  • Lead and coach Product Enablement and Customer Education teams; set priorities.

  • Partner with Customer Marketing to embed enablement in webinars and campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • Deep Aircall product expertise across Core, Integrations, and AI; translate to enablement.
  • Experience enabling GTM teams, customers, or partners within Aircall.
  • Exposure to Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Education, PMM, or CS motions.
  • Skilled in instructional design and content creation for diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, PMM, and Customer Marketing.
  • Strong communication and facilitation to explain complex product/AI concepts.
