- Experience enabling GTM teams, customers, or partners within Aircall.
- Exposure to Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Education, PMM, or CS motions.
- Skilled in instructional design and content creation for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, PMM, and Customer Marketing.
- Strong communication and facilitation to explain complex product/AI concepts.
