📋 Description

• Process payroll for assigned customers and guide team members as SME
• Lead a team of Payroll Specialists to ensure timely delivery
• Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, controls
• Analyze payroll data to identify improvements
• Deliver training and communication on payroll processes
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and tax authorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of Belgium payroll and HR regulations
• Experience with local payroll systems and vendor management
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving
• Experience working cross functionally
• People management experience is a bonus
