📋 Description

  • Evaluate and select payroll software per Deel requirements.
  • Ensure accurate, timely payroll in your region and trained countries.
  • Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for tax compliance.
  • Own local payroll and HR processes, including deductions and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Schedule payroll expense collections and reconcile to expenses.
  • Stay informed on local regulatory changes and share updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years payroll/HR experience in the relevant country.
  • Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies.
  • Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Experience with payroll providers and implementation.
