• Process payroll for assigned customers and guide team members
• Lead Payroll Specialists to ensure timely, compliant payroll
• Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, controls

• Deliver training and communications on payroll processes
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and tax authorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of local payroll and HR regulations
• Experience with local payroll systems and vendor management
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• People management experience is a bonus
