📋 Description

• Process payroll for assigned customers; guide team as SME
• Lead Payroll Specialists to ensure timely, compliant payroll delivery
• Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
• Analyze payroll data to identify improvements and drive process enhancements
• Deliver training and communications to internal teams on payroll processes
• Manage payroll vendor and tax authority relationships for timely filings and payments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll and HR regulations
• Experience with Spanish payroll systems and vendor management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functional
• People-management experience a bonus
