- Lead and develop a team responsible for managing and expanding Adyen’s payment partnerships
- Drive strategy and prioritization of key partnership initiatives, including structuring and negotiating new opportunities
- Oversee ongoing partner management and strengthen relationships with key payment partners
- Elevate Adyen’s influence in the ecosystem through joint product development, co-marketing, and other strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute programs that support Adyen’s strategic goals and overall positioning in key markets and segments
- Act as a subject matter expert on payment trends, rules, and regulations, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing partnerships or strategic accounts, preferably within payments, fintech, or financial services
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and emerging industry trends
- Commercially minded with experience structuring partnerships and negotiating agreements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
