Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Partner Solutions Engineers.
Serve as long-term technical contacts for partners' engineering/product teams.
Provide ongoing technical support and hands-on assistance during implementations.
Drive architectural recommendations to optimize partner integration.
Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
Lead multi-quarter initiatives to improve roles, tooling, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years direct line management of hybrid technical and customer-facing teams.
Strong understanding of web development and the SDLC.
Experience with APIs and ability to read/troubleshoot code.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for VP+ engineering leaders.
Ability to build long-term technical relationships with VP+ partners.
