🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Managed Services Specialist or similar SaaS role.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team lead or mentoring experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years SaaS experience with at least 1 year in configuration/management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client support, implementation, and success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
