Interview and select candidates to align with operational standards.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and resources for new team members.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years management experience
5+ years in property maintenance for multi-family/single-family properties
Advanced knowledge of property maintenance tools, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical
HVAC Type I/II or Universal certification desired
Strong mentoring, coaching, and team-building abilities
Strong verbal and written skills and cross-functional collaboration
