• Lead associates to meet production standards.
• Coach via observations and feedback to associates.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience overseeing a function or work group.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Ability to apply basic algebra and math skills.
• Flexible/adaptive to environment, changes, challenges, schedules.
• Strong communication in a team environment (verbal and written).
• Meets deadlines, prioritizes, copes with change, stays composed.
