🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in professional software engineering (Node.js/JS/TS or Go/Python).
- 5+ years infra: AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, CNCF at scale.
- 3+ years mentoring engineers; leading distributed teams across timezones.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with Nats/Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Designing distributed systems for high performance and availability.
