🎯 Requirements

3+ years in people leadership of Implementation Engineers or similar teams.
Proven ability to hire, retain, and develop top talent.
Build inclusive teams and lead beyond direct scope to strengthen culture.
Hands-on delivery of complex integration projects in enterprise environments.
Track record of driving process improvements, tooling, and scalable methods.
Fluency in Mandarin and English required; Cantonese is a plus.
