  • Lead daily hospitality ops for ~100โ€“120 homes in your zone.
  • Manage 2โ€“3 Supervisors and a team of Coordinators.
  • Own relationships with owners for a subset of homes.
  • Set schedules to support guests and owners sustainably.
  • Ensure homes are functional, clean, and stocked (FCS).
  • Lead the team to deliver guest experiences and resolve issues.

  • 5+ years in hospitality, operations, or property management
  • Experience leading frontline/field teams in high-volume, service-focused environments
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable using mobile tools and task management platforms
  • Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
