🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Solutions Engineering, Software, Data/Cloud, or CS leadership.
  • 2+ years in people management or technical leadership.
  • Proven track record of hiring and leading technical teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of real-time streaming with Kafka, Flink, or similar.
  • Expertise in cloud architectures IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to guide customers along the journey.
  • Fluency in English is required.
