📋 Description

• Lead field risk and internal control across the marketing network.
• Supervise investigations with evidence-based conclusions.
• Translate field findings into actionable risk insights for management.
• Oversee BRM investigations, whistleblowing, and confidentiality.
• Prepare risk reports and escalate significant field incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or related field.
• Experience managing whistleblowing or misconduct investigations.
• Familiarity with COSO, Three Lines Model, or Operational Risk.
• Experience supporting disciplinary committees or risk forums.
• 6-8 years in internal control, operational risk, investigations, or compliance.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or team-lead role.
