Team Lead, Field Risk and Network Control (North Central)

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day supervision of Field Risk & Internal Control staff.
• Review investigation plans, fieldwork scope, evidence quality.
• Approve investigation conclusions; escalate high-risk cases.
• Develop team through coaching, on-the-job training, and feedback.
• Oversee BRM misconduct investigations and whistleblowing.
• Ensure investigations follow protocols and confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or related field.
• Experience managing whistleblowing or misconduct investigations.
• Familiarity with COSO, Three Lines Model, and Operational Risk.
• Experience supporting disciplinary committees or senior risk forums.
• 6–8 years in internal control, operational risk, investigations, or compliance.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or team-lead role.
