- Ensure consistent enablement processes, frameworks, and quality standards.
- Own execution quality across enablement programs, timelines, scope, deliverables.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, or execution gaps and proactively resolve them.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM enablement, program management, or related role.
- 1+ years of experience managing people across multiple initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the GTM audience (Customer Success/Onboarding).
- Strong experience in process design, monitoring, and project management.
- Comfortable as both coach and hands-on contributor.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
