Team Lead, DevSecOps

📋 Description

• Lead a DevSecOps team to build a Security-as-Code ecosystem.
• Define DevSecOps strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligning with goals.
• Partner with Eng and Product leads to bake security into product discovery.
• Lead Policy-as-Code using OPA or Kyverno for automated compliance.
• Oversee secure cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes clusters; Zero Trust.
• Evaluate, procure, and manage third-party security vendors and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead/Engineering Manager).
• Proven track record scaling security in cloud-native, high-growth environments.
• Automation & IaC: Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Kubernetes security (RBAC, Network Policies, Admission Controllers) and cloud security services.
• SAST/DAST/SCA and Vault at scale; Python/Go/TypeScript tooling.
