Team Lead (Data Engineering)

📋 Description

• Guide clients on optimizing data environments for efficiency.
• Design system engineering, integrations, and architectures per client needs.
• Implement data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tools.
• Develop data models to capture KPIs and validate data transformations.
• Mentor and manage technical teams (up to 4–6 people).
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to support thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of data analytics or data engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year leading projects, formally or informally.
• Experience managing internal staff, ideally with direct reports.
• Proficiency with Python and advanced SQL.
• Experience with AWS and Google Cloud (BigQuery/Redshift).
• BI tools: Looker, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Data warehousing experience, Snowflake.
• Familiarity with project management tools: Basecamp, JIRA, ASANA.
