  • Experience managing SMB & Mid-Market portfolios.
  • Strong coaching, people mgmt, talent development.
  • Data-driven with health metrics and forecasting.
  • Fluent in English; executive-level communication.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, Totango; BI tools.
