🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Team Lead or Tech Lead
• 6+ years backend dev (C#, Node.js); microservices
• 6+ years SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• 4+ years NoSQL, MongoDB
• AWS SaaS platforms; Kubernetes (K8s) with EKS
• Event-Driven Architecture with Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS; B.S. in CS
