- Lead and coach a team of accountants; foster ownership and collaboration.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with timely reporting.
- Manage GL and core accounting ops: journals, reconciliations, intercompany.
- Design and improve accounting policies, controls, and IFRS/local GAAP.
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Finance Ops to align accounting with business needs.
- Coordinate with external auditors and lead audit responses for smooth audits.
🎯 Requirements
- 7-10+ years in international accounting/finance, multi-entity environment.
- 3-5+ years leading accounting teams and coaching staff.
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/ACA a strong plus.
- Strong IFRS/local GAAP knowledge; consolidation, revenue recognition, intercompany.
- Workday experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record closing month/quarter/year with improvements.
