📋 Description

• Develop, launch and manage Fever Originals events end-to-end with budget ownership.
• Scale experiences to other markets worldwide with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the LA-based team of project managers for scalable projects.
• Build relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies.
• Negotiate and close deals with partners; represent Fever locally.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years project management/startup or consulting background.
• MBA from top-tier school is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with team management.
• Solution-focused, entrepreneurial mindset; ability to manage complex projects.
• Native English; strong verbal and written communication; C-level relationships.
• Ability to influence across levels and coordinate internal/external teams.
