Team Lead 2, Penetration Testing

📋 Description

• Lead multi-year service delivery to reinforce Sophos' leadership in offensive security.
• Lead a high-performing team delivering engagements (Penetration Testing, App Sec, Red Team).
• Manage backlog, utilization, and scheduling of engagements and resources.
• Partner with Sales/BD to grow the practice; be go-to for complex adversarial testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across people, process, and tech.
• Champion new services, capabilities, and go-to-market strategy with leadership input.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity leading offensive/defensive or research teams.
• Presales and post-sales delivery experience at SME level.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and sustain a strong culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience briefing executive management.
• Fluent Japanese proficiency for business; experience with global, remote, multi-cultural teams.
• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP are a plus.
