- First office experience (internship, student job, or training). Team assistant a plus
- High attention to detail, reliability, strong organizational skills
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with care
- Strong English and German communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn
