  • Manage end-to-end tax registrations including account setup and changes
  • Validate client data, review documentation, and maintain agency records
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requests and resolve issues
  • Identify potential registration risks or tax notices and escalate appropriately
  • Submit billing orders and update internal systems to reflect registrations
  • Familiarity with PEO requirements around Client, PEO and Hybrid reporting methods
  • Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance for handling data

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in payroll, tax, or related ops
  • Familiarity with US tax agencies and employer accounts (withholding, SUI, PFML)
  • Experience with payroll or tax platforms, case management, or ticketing tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management in high-volume environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing and internal
  • Familiarity with PEO requirements, Client, PEO and Hybrid reporting methods
