🎯 Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of US payroll taxes including federal, state, local, and paid family leave
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
