📋 Description

  • Perform routine payroll tax profile audits for accuracy
  • Process payroll corrections for amendments and summarize changes for clients
  • Complete monthly New Hire Reporting to state agencies
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing audits
  • Communicate with clients about missing or invalid account info
  • Maintain performance to meet established team goals and OKRs

🎯 Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of US payroll taxes including federal, state, local, and paid family leave
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
