📋 Description

  • Manage and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, trusts and closely held businesses.
  • Understand client business needs, identify tax issues, and articulate conclusions.
  • Lead tax engagements from planning to delivery, including budgeting and monitoring fees.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding their business needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of client tax returns, meeting regulatory deadlines.
  • Review work performed by team members, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a focus on HNW tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
  • Deep understanding of estate, gift, and trust tax laws and their application.
  • Expertise in IRC Sections 671-679 (Grantor Trust rules) and estate tax law principles.
  • Familiarity with family office services and private foundation structures.
