Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Lead international GAAP, IFRS, and local tax provisions.
• Lead two direct reports; coordinate with Elasticians and auditors.
• Oversee tax compliance, returns, R&D credits, Pillar 2, and transfer pricing.
• Coordinate with global teams to streamline tax processes.
• Monitor global tax legislation and assess impact to Elastic.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of tax exp in industry or Big Four with global scope.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA/MS in Tax preferred.
• Tax provision experience under US GAAP; IFRS preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, OneSource Tax Provision, and OneSource Uncertain Tax Position.
• SOX controls and public company reporting experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
