π― Requirements
- 7+ years leading ops or compliance teams in tech/fintech/startups; payroll/tax a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction payroll tax filings (federal, state, local) including notices.
- Experience leading both FTEs and contractors in a fast-paced, high-volume ops.
- Track record of driving process improvements and scalable ops; thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong judgment in escalation; know when to roll up sleeves vs delegate.
- Experience with payroll platforms or tax software; data and tooling savvy; AI workflows curious.
