  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Proficient with BI, Google Workspace, and customer success tools.
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator across virtual, phone, and in person.
  • Self-starter, collaborative, detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, global teams.
