- 2+ years customer service or contact center experience.
- Empathy, courtesy and helpfulness in customer service.
- Excellent typing (50-60 WPM) and comfort with online tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication with good grammar.
- Fluent English (C1) and French (B2) required; Poland work eligibility.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week); relocation not offered.
