🎯 Requirements
- 2–3 years in L&D, Talent/HR programs, content development, or related field
- Proven ability to create learning materials (presentations, guides, microlearning)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with clean, engaging visuals and storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication; simplify complex topics
- Strong attention to detail; manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced env
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders, including US-based teams
