π― Requirements
- 1β2 years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing capability and confident candidate pipelines across functions
- Experience coordinating interviews across global teams
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Nice to have: experience hiring internationally
- Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift
