  • Preliminary Interviews: Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with TA, hiring managers, and stakeholders; stay aware of industry trends.

  • 3-5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting in SaaS/tech.
  • Experience sourcing in The Philippines; global sourcing a plus.
  • Ability to engage across Engineering, Sales, CS, Product, etc.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS.
  • Proactive, resourceful, results-driven with candidate focus.
