🎯 Requirements

- Experience sourcing in The Philippines; global sourcing a plus.
- Ability to engage across Engineering, Sales, CS, Product, etc.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS.
- Proactive, resourceful, results-driven with candidate focus.
