Talent Sourcer, Data Center Operations (Contract)

📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing plans.
• Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for priority roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, networking.
• Qualify candidates for role and level fit; deliver calibrated shortlists.
• Tell the CoreWeave story; set expectations on scope, interview process, pay bands.
• Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators for smooth handoffs and scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter for high-volume tech roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage outbound pipelines.
• Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailor outreach.
• Highly organized; manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, adaptable, in fast-growth environments.
