Talent Sourcer (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned roles across tech, ops, business, and go-to-market.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to defined role criteria
• Identify and engage candidates using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search)
• Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess alignment with experience and skills
• Provide written summaries and recommendations for submitted candidates
• Deliver pipeline metrics and submissions within established timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a sourcing-focused role, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment
• Experience sourcing for technical (engineering, product), business (operations, strategy), and/or go-to-market roles
• Strong track record of identifying and engaging high-quality, passive candidates
• Experience conducting structured qualification conversations
• Strong research skills and fluency with modern sourcing tools and platforms
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches and deliver consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines
