- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in AI Sourcing techniques and hiring GEN AI engineers
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Demonstrated success filling niche and hard-to-fill roles across multiple regions within the IT market
- Strong focus on sourcing DevOps, Back-end, Full-stack, Data, and AI Engineers
