- Deliver daily/weekly/monthly sourcing reports
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, up to Executive level roles (law firm preferred)
- Well-written and -spoken English (critical for internal communication accuracy)
- Proficiency in ATS (bonus points if Greenhouse)
- Proficiency in searching major portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster) using Boolean/keyword searches
- Ability to work 2am - 10am EST US
- Ability to understand role intake and keywords, plus maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
