📋 Description

• Own full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close across roles
• Build and manage candidate pipelines via passive outreach, job boards, referrals, and AI-enabled methods
• Design and facilitate bias-free interview processes
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen interviewing skills
• Maintain a high bar on candidate quality and raise it
• Learn Neighbor's business to credibly represent it to candidates and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• First principles problem solving; remove roadblocks
• Organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple searches
• Technical recruiting experience, especially hiring senior software engineers
