- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- First principles problem solving; remove roadblocks
- Organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple searches
- Technical recruiting experience, especially hiring senior software engineers
