📋 Description

• Own and improve core People operating rhythms and talent programs.
• Drive end-to-end program management for performance and talent cycles.
• Partner cross-functionally with PBPs, Finance, Recruiting and leaders.
• Lead calibration operations for consistency and high performance.
• Own and evolve Manager Forum as a core operating ritual.
• Build scalable manager enablement materials and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Management/Programs/HRBP/People Ops.
• Experience running cross-functional talent programs at scale.
• Strong operator mindset with exceptional program management.
• Proven ability to build content, frameworks, scalable processes.
• Strong written and executive-facing communication.
• Ability to influence without authority with senior stakeholders.
• Excitement around AI, automation, and rethinking People teams.
