  • Partner with People Team and Hiring Managers to support onboarding.
  • Manage interview scheduling, references, and background checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire prep, and data entry in HRIS/ATS.
  • Build relationships with IT, Finance, and Admin for onboarding.
  • Lead Tier 1-2 People Team tickets and triage inquiries.
  • Manage internship program and university relations; host onboarding events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years HR/People Ops experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding and interview processes.
  • Familiar with HRIS/ATS tools; ADP and Greenhouse a plus.
  • Proficient with Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to triage inquiries.
