🎯 Requirements

5+ years IT recruitment in staffing/consulting.
Full-lifecycle recruiting for technology talent.
Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
Strong negotiation, analytics, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have: sourcing for software eng, cloud, or data roles.
Nice-to-Have: MSP/VMS experience; AI recruiting tools.
