🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or related talent role.
  • Sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms; high-outreach environment.
  • Experience with ATS/tools (Ashby or similar; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
  • AI- and automation-forward mindset: excited to experiment with AI, sequences, templates, workflows.
  • Automate processes to reduce manual work for candidates and teams.
  • Goal-oriented; proactive, follow-up; strong organizational skills.
