- Experience with ATS/tools (Ashby or similar; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
- AI- and automation-forward mindset: excited to experiment with AI, sequences, templates, workflows.
- Automate processes to reduce manual work for candidates and teams.
- Goal-oriented; proactive, follow-up; strong organizational skills.
