🎯 Requirements

5+ years in full-lifecycle recruitment (Talent Partner/Executive).
Strong stakeholder management with influence over hiring managers.
Data-driven approach using market insights and recruiting metrics.
Technical recruitment for software, product, and digital roles.
Advanced sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping.
Excellent communication and negotiation; Greenhouse ATS preferred.
