- Strong track record of technical hiring across Software Eng, Product, Data, DevOps.
- Experience supporting commercial hiring (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery).
- Hands-on experience hiring across multiple geographies (UK, US, India).
- Partner with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions.
- End-to-end recruitment from scoping to onboarding; Greenhouse experience advantageous.
