π― Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS/tech.
- Business-level English (written and spoken).
- Experience hiring across LATAM markets with local benchmarks.
- Experience hiring for GTM, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse and other sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication with leaders.
- Proficient with G Suite, Slack, Zoom; quick to learn new tools.
