  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Customer Success, Onboarding, GTM roles with LATAM focus.
  • Balance high-volume hiring with proactive sourcing to identify top candidates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS/tech.
  • Business-level English (written and spoken).
  • Experience hiring across LATAM markets with local benchmarks.
  • Experience hiring for GTM, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication with leaders.
  • Proficient with G Suite, Slack, Zoom; quick to learn new tools.
